ManMohan Singh : A history teller himself or Canny Politician, My take on his speech

Yesterday Dr. ManMohan Singh, PM of India, addressed media third time in his ten year tenure of prime ministership. Unfortunately he failed to assess and introspect on his own legacy, performances, and key issues left out in his speech and in press conference thereafter.
