This year of mine starts and end with only one hope happiness & prosperity.But these two basic need of humanity doesn't pursuied by us.Actually we have become so much materilistic in nature as in times we forget how to achive these two.
Matter of fact this year was full of energy (positive & negative),I start my career with IIFL and try to evalute the office enviorment not realising by the end year I eagerly looking to quit the same, on another part of world some so called civil society activists meeting day night to start the revolution which will rule the headlines of newspaper thrughout this year.which by year end also decline in terms of intention and intensity.
Despite A strong buisness revenue under my kitty till year end,strong growth & buisness expansion and good PR with top executives of company I endup with isolated even in my own team and work area, lokpal movement also started with full support and energy along with mass movement of Aam n Khas aadmi one who think that this movement will bring change and eradicate their problems, the movement reach to its hieght from support all around even bend our own pillar of democracy very private (for common man as can't reach thier) Parliament.But as they say u must be smart enough to break the ice from its tip, Me&movement fail to utilise properly the running wave of sucess in their respective motives. Not only by year end the movement looks shacky and week,that common man who earlier comes as masses tries to find his identity.the word identity is very dangerous when used by wrong purpose,that very common man try to find his own representive (by caste/religion/region) also the same very private parliament and those top executive of govt making surprising posture and comments even try to hide from them.And by year end the movement moved from delhi to mumbai to end with a TAG of flopshow from the same media who make anna as a god.by media its interesting to understand the soul of lokpal movement as many term this MSM (media sponsored movement),on world map there are many MSM rise and fall some even force rulers to stepdown.the lokpal movement like my current job looks in week position despite a strong soul in both.I got ditched by those same people who raise me in their hands and nurture me to get their fruits and left me in last to face a identitypolitics in office.while Lokpal movement hitched by those same people who bring them on table,try to roast their bread by their cause and make.
We both in some sense are immune till now. Me due to my work & representation towards buisness, lokapl movement too immune by defacto common voters.
The year may end with pray pay and finally prey. But life and movements will always born and live in very sense of "PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS & PROSPERITY"
Looking ahead for a good opportunity and right lokpal in 2012.
